"Neon" Seashells by 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grades

I love these awesome "neon" shell drawings we created this week! Students used Crayola Gel FX markers and drawing chalk on black paper. We drew all of the shells from observation. I provided the students with several criteria for their compositions: 1 shell bigger than life size, 1 smaller than life size, 1 actual size, 1 cropped, and 1 any way they choose.  A very fun summer themed art project with a twist!
